The power of making music, especially drumming/percussion is a force to be reckoned with.
The first rhythm we all heard was out mother's heartbeat. It gave us a sense of security, belonging and consistency. No wonder then, that rhythms have such a big impact on us.
There is no getting away from the fact that all of life is based on rhythms and cycles, our sleeping, working and resting cycles, the seasons etc etc.
